These trademarks, together with all associated service marks, slogans and other graphics, logos, service names and custom icons are included within the intellectual property of NEWLOOK and all rights are expressly reserved.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

NewLook International, Inc. ("NewLook") NewDeck with CoolStain Technology (“Wood Stain”) is not intended for public use and are intended to be used by licensed contractors and installers, experienced and trained in the use of these products or, in the case of NEWLOOK's direct customers, end-users who are experienced in the use of this Wood Stain. Wood Stain is warranted to be of uniform quality within manufacturing tolerances. The manufacturer has no control over the use of Wood Stain, therefore no other oral or written representation or statement of any kind, express or implied, now or hereafter made is authorized or warranted by NewLook or its affiliates, and NewLook and its affiliates hereby disclaims all such warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In any case, the manufacturer’s obligations shall be limited to refunding the purchase price or replacing Wood Stain proven to be defective. The end user shall be responsible for proving the defectiveness of Wood Stain. NewLook has no control over the quality or performance of any product that is not manufactured or supplied by NewLook and the use of any such product in conjunction with NewLook Wood Stain voids the NewLook product warranty. The end user shall be responsible for determining Wood Stain's suitability, including but not limited to surface conditions, climate conditions and product compatibility, and end user assumes all risks and liability. By using and installing Wood Stain, the end user accept this warranty and the responsibility of determining Wood Stain's suitability and ensuring that jobsite conditions are optimal and the surface is sufficiently prepared according to manufacturer's installation requirements. NewLook shall not be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays or lost profits. Communication of this warranty and its limitations to end users is not the responsibility of NewLook but should be communicated by those in direct contact with the end user. Any claim regarding product defect must be received in writing within one year from the date of manufacture. No claim will be considered without such written notice or after the specified time interval.

NewDeck with CoolStain DISCLAIMER

NewLook International, Inc. warrants customer satisfaction with this product when applied to a properly prepared surface in accordance with label directions. Slight color fading may occur, especially in areas exposed to heavy traffic or excessive weathering.
